Privacy Policy
All information placed on the Raytattz website is confidential. We do not sell
customer information. The eProcessing Network Payment Gateway provides a secure
link between our website and the merchant processing networks.
Shipping and Return Policy
1. All orders are subject to a processing and shipping time of three days. This
does not account for delivery delays over which we have no control.
2. Shipping charges will be calculated by weight of purchase.
3. A $5.00 service and handling charge will be added to all orders in addition
to the shipping charges.
4. There is a minimum purchase amount of $25.00 which does not include the cost
of freight and handling.
5. We will ship via UPS ground. Next day, Second day and Three day select
options are available. Be aware that if you are within a three-state radius of NC you are likely
in a two-day ship zone.
6. If items are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving
otherwise we will not issue a replacement. We do not give refunds.
7. If items are missing or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of
receiving the shipment so we may quickly correct the issue. Our shipping
employees use a TWO-VERIFY system to assure all contents of your order are
included. Misunderstanding the contents of our products and website is not
grounds for us to send or trade merchandise.
8. If you are ordering from outside of the USA please contact us by phone or
E-mail so we can determine the cheapest and easiest way to ship your order. You
may also receive a 5% discount on merchandise.
Return Policy
Faulty or incorrect items may be returned without charge with notification and
agreement
Damaged goods must be noted and reported upon delivery
We will not accept the return of open packages
Items returned may be subject to a 20% restock charge
